GC-Q-TOF/MS technology for detecting 708 kinds of pesticide residues in pome fruits

The invention relates to the field of pesticide residue detection, and provides a detection method for screening 708 kinds of pesticide residues in pome fruits. The method comprises the steps that a fragment ion full-scan mass spectrum of a pesticide standard substance under a specified condition is collected in a GC-Q-TOF/MS first-level mode, the chemical molecular formula, retention time, accurate mass number of fragment ions and ion abundance ratio of pesticides are obtained, PCDL software is introduced to be related with corresponding pesticide information, a database is formed, full-spectrum data of a sample to be measured is measured under the same setting condition, and full-spectrum data is obtained; the sample measurement result is retrieved through the accurate mass database, the detected pesticides meeting the identification basis are precisely identified, and the kinds of the pesticide residues in the pome fruits are obtained. The detection method established through the GC-Q-TOF/MS high-resolution mass spectrum is utilized for detecting the pesticide residues in the pome fruits, preferably, specific pretreatment is combined, and the method has the advantages that detection is rapid, high in flux, high in precision and high in reliability. A standard substance is not needed to serve as a contrast, and qualitative detection and confirmation are conducted on the 708 kinds of the pesticide residues in the pome fruits simultaneously.
