Control method suitable for H bridge hybrid cascaded inverter with voltage ratio of 1:2

2014
The invention discloses a control method suitable for an H bridge hybrid cascaded inverter with the voltage ratio of 1:2. The method includes the steps of firstly, defining an original reference voltage modulation wave and a triangular carrier wave, dividing the original reference voltage modulation wave into five intervals in each work cycle, and regulating the reference voltage modulation wave in each interval to obtain a regulated modulation wave; secondly, enabling the regulated modulation waves and signals obtained after the modulation waves inverse to intersect with the triangular carrier wave to obtain control signals of a first switching tube, a second switching tube, a third switching tube, a fourth switching tube, a fifth switching tube, a sixth switching tube, a seventh switching tube and an eighth switching tube. By means of the method, the working states of all the switching tubes of a high-voltage unit and a low-voltage unit can be consistent, loss of the four switching tubes in each unit is made the same, heating can be uniform, the service life of the system can be easily prolonged, the reliability of the system can be easily improved, and the effect of multiplying the bridge arm output voltage equivalent switching frequency can be achieved.
