The prevalence of umblical cord cysts in the first trimester is 0.4 % to 3.4 %. But, in second and third trimester as a result of umblical cord cysts are not common, real prevalence of umblical cord cysts unknown. There are increased association between fetal anomalies and cord cysts. Thirty-three-year-old (gravida 2, parity 1) referred at 20 weeks gestation due to 3x2 cm umblical cord cyst formation. In second trimester sonography, there was no another abnormal ultrasound finding detected. Amniocentesis was performed. Result became normal karyotype 46 XY. If there is no sonographic malformations or abnormal karyotype, better fetal prognosis will be estimated.
