The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular sieve synthesis, and concretely relates to a synthetic method of a sheet ZSM-39 molecular sieve. ZSM-39 molecular sieves with sheet morphology have not be reported domestically at present. The synthetic method of the sheet ZSM-39 molecular sieve comprises the following steps: adding weighed solid raw materials comprising a silicon source, an aluminum source, a mineralizer, an organic template and an acidity and alkalinity adjusting agent to a reaction kettle according to a certain sequence, stirring until uniformity, carrying out gel ageing, carrying out hydrothermal crystallization, washing the above obtained crystallization product, filtering, and drying. An XRD result shows that a sample obtained in the invention is the ZSM-39 molecular sieve, and the crystallization degree is good; and an SEM result shows that the product has a uniform sheet morphology. The method can be used in industrial production of the sheet ZSM-39 molecular sieve.
