The system for transmitting the big data comprises a message server, a management console and a transmission agency, wherein the transmission agency comprises a sending agency and a receiving agency, the sending agency is used for scanning a data file of a source service system, generating a transmission file, and sending the transmission file to the receiving agency, the receiving agency is used for receiving the data file sent by the sending agency, restoring the data file and submitting the restored data file to a target service system, the message server is used for providing a message service for a module of the system, communication between the transmission agency and the management console is achieved through the message server, and the management console is used for providing a management interface so that a user can monitor and manage a transmission task and the transmission agency. The invention further provides a method for transmitting the big data and the service system of the method for transmitting the big data. According to the system and method for transmitting big data and the service system thereof, a reliable big data transmission service can be achieved in an unstable network environment, and the whole data transmission process can be managed and monitored.
