Observation and nursing of complications postoperative of congenital duodenal atresia

Objective:To summarize the duodenum atresia with narrow congenital the observation and nursing of postoperative complications.Methods:79 patients appeared on postoperative complication: anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases,anastomotic fistula in 1 and 2 cases of incision,5 cases and swollen syndrome 3 cases of pulmonary infection observation and care points were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Through careful observation and meticulous care,13 cases were markedly improved,and postoperative complication rate was 97.47 %,without complications.Conclusion:Early detection of complications and adopt effective therapy and nursing means is to improve the newborn congenital duodenal stenosis surgery patients with closure rate and reduce mortality.
