Predicting Quality Using Fuzzy Model on Object-Oriented Software Design

2013
Software quality is one of the most important aspects of software development. Over the period of time, software quality has been predicted using object-oriented system such as MOOD metrics, CK metrics and LK metrics. Using software metrics to predict quality has been a popular choice among researchers, as it has resulted in a fair bit of success in prediction. In this paper, we have proposed a software quality prediction model by applying fuzzy logic to predict the quality of object-oriented system by using five metrics — DIT, CBO, LCOM, LOC and CC. We have tested the model with the dataset of open source software ‘Mywebbrowser.
