The invention relates to a conductive nickel paste for a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The conductive nickel paste comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-60% of nickel powder, 4-20% of nano additive, 35-55% of solvent, and 0.1-5% of inorganic oxide precursor. The conductive nickel paste has the advantages of simple components, low cost, high preparation efficiency and wide application range. The conductive nickel paste is particularly applicable to the counter electrode of the perovskite solar cell. Due to the Ni/NiO core shell structure of the conductive nickel paste, the NiO shell thereof is made of hole transport materials and is matched with the HOMO energy level of perovskite light absorption materials. The Ni core of the conductive nickel paste is good in conductivity, so that the conductive nickel paste can be used as a novel conductive paste with great development potential and good market prospect.
