Finite element simulation and experimental study on material constitution model of rubber waveform generator

Through stretching and compressing tests of rubber specimens,the stress-strain relationships of two hardness rubber materials were obtained.The finite element models of two hardness rubber waveform generators was created,the maximum static deformation and static stiffness of different constitutive models was obtained with loads of 18 kN and 28 kN respectively imposed.Comparison the actual tests and finite element simulation results with physical test results ha been carried out.The conclusion indicates that relative error of Arruda-Boyce model was the minimum while Van der Waals model was the maximum.
