Molecular identification of one wild Ganoderma strain Gl-01 and its characteristics of selenium accumulation

OnewildGanodermastrainGl-01wasisolatedfromKunyu mountaininYantai,Shandongprovince,China,andwasidentifiedasaknown species ofGanodermalucidum(Fr).KarstbasedonthesequenceanalysisofrDNAITS.Itsabilityofselenium(Se)-resistantandcharacteristicsofselenium accumulation with different culture time were investigated by shake flask in Se-containing medium.The results indicated that the wild strain showed highly Se-enrichmentabilities,and Se contentofmycelia and Se-enrichmentrate were up to 5.14 mg/gand 4.05%,which were 2.4 foldsand 1.5 foldsofthe control strainSk5,respectively.TheresultsprovidedareferenceondevelopingnewSe-enrichmentstrainsfromthewildGanodermalucidum.
