The Enlightenments of Rosenthal Effect on Oral English Teaching in Navigational Institutes

This article firstly introduces the Rosenthal Effect,a conclusion from the world-famous psychological experiment,and its new thoughts on teaching for us.Secondly,it analyzes the weaknesses and insufficiencies of oral English teaching for navigational and marine purposes in maritime institutes in our country.Eventually,it focuses on some important applications for oral English teaching through the consideration of Rosenthal Effect,so as to make some improvements and enhancements for the current oral teaching.
