Розвиток готовності педагогічних працівників до самовдосконалення на основі проходження короткотермінових курсів-тренінгів

The paper presents the results of the research initiated in previous publications of the authors. Possibilities of development of readiness of pedagogical workers for self-improvement on the basis of short-term training courses are revealed. A system of advanced training courses for pedagogical staff at an educational institution is considered in their own experience. This system helps educators: to save time and money that is important in an educational crisis; improve your skills without stopping the learning process. The proposed program of short-term training courses, which is based on the proposals of customers – pedagogical staff can choose to study and master modern technologies of learning – modular, game, research, cooperative training, technology of collaboration in cooperation; health-saving learning technologies; projective education, project method; information technology and intensive e-learning; accelerated learning; technologies of effective pedagogical communication, etc. The experience of conducting advanced training courses for pedagogical staff on modern teaching technologies is described. Such courses have been conducted in more than 100 educational institutions of Ukraine. The experience is summarized in the handbook "Modern Technologies of Education in Higher Education", which is popular with scholars and practitioners.
