Production of N13 radioactive nuclei from (p13,n) or O16(p,) reactions

Total cross sections for the p+13C and p+16O reactions were measured by the activation method up to 30 MeV. Yields of N13 and of other produced nuclei (11C,15O) were obtained. © 1989 The American Physical Society.
