Влияние иммунопрофилактики внебольничной пневмонии в воинских коллективах на тяжесть течения пневмонии у вакцинированных

For the purpose of infl uence studying immunoprophylaxis of сommunity-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in military collectives on severity of a course of a pneumonia in the vaccinated persons the comparative analysis in groups of patients previously vaccinated by a vaccine  Pnevmo-23 (n = 693) and patients without vaccination (n = 1307) has been carried out. A severity course and complications CAP in the vaccinated patients were noted authentically less oft en, more vigorous regress of symptoms CAP was marked. Terms of stay in a hospital in this group of patients were authentically shorter, than in not vaccinated patients.
