Review of Important Protein Search Algorithms

Research on the PPI (Protein-Protein interaction) network enables the diagnosis of diseases to proceed smoothly. In recent years, people have made great efforts to identify cluster in the protein interaction network, and many clustering algorithms are applied to PPI networks. A good clustering algorithm directly affects the development of proteomics. This article reviews several important protein search algorithms with high accuracy.
