Perioperative Nursing Care of Cardiac Myxoma——113 Cases Report

Objective:To summarize perioperative experience of nursing for cardiac myxoma.Methods:Perioperative nursing intervention for 113 cases of cardiac myxoma was reviewed retrospectively.Results:Good atherapeutic efficacy was obtained by the patients after intensive nursing observation and intervention were given.Conclusion:Operation should be performed for the sufferer of cardiac myxoma,soon after definite diagnosis was made.Enhancing preoperative nursing and intensive postoperative care was of great importance to decrease the perioperative mortality rate
