Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der singulären Profunda-revaskularisation bei femoropoplitealen Verschlußprozessen

In a group of 94 patients, we undertook a single revascularization of the deep femoral artery. Fifty-four patients (57.4%) were not satisfied with the degree of reconstruction. Most of them had a high ischemic stage of the lower extremities due to long extension of femoropopliteal occlusions, distal arterial occlusions (83%), and insufficient profundal collaterals (71%). Morton classification and sonographic results of tibial arteries confirmed angiomorphological results.
