Diffuse spasm of Esophagus

This case in presented because of its relative rarity and its involvement of the upper third of esophagus as well. Esophagogram as in this case is seen only one amongst the thousands studied in the teaching institution. Histologically no change is observed in the Auerbach’s plexus.
