An isolated, purified or recombinant polynucleotide comprising a contiguous span of 8 to 50 nucleotides of any one of SEQ ID NO: 1, 13, 15 or 17, or complements thereof, wherein said contiguous span comprises a biallelic marker associated with the receiver stimulated lipolysis (LSR) selected from: SNP no. 1 which is located at the 3778 position of SEQ ID NO: 1 or position 595 of SEQ ID NO: 13, 15 or 17; No. SNP. 2 is located in position 15007 SEQ ID NO: 1; and No. SNP. 3 which is located at 19744 position of SEQ ID NO: 1 or 1191 position of SEQ ID NO: 13, or the 1134 position of SEQ ID NO: 15, or the 987 position of SEQ ID NO: 17, wherein when the polynucleotide comprises SNP no. 3, the nucleotide at biallelic marker site No. SNP. 3 is A or T.
