The invention comprises a process for decarbonizing and desulfurizing a marsh gas and concentrating an enzyme through a hydrate method. The process comprises the following steps: (1) introducing the marsh gas in a dilute enzyme solution, hydrating CO2 and H2S in the marsh gas by controlling the temperature and the pressure to form a hydrate seriflux; (2) collecting the unhydrated gas to obtain the decarbonized and desulfurized marsh gas; and (3) performing solid-liquid separation on the obtained hydrate seriflux, wherein the liquid phase is a concentrated enzyme solution. By adopting the process for concentrating the saccharifying enzyme fermentation broth, the decarbonization and desulfurization of the marsh gas can be realized and the purity of the methane in the marsh gas can be purified; and besides the process is little in enzymatic activity influence, simple in technological process, low in energy consumption and obvious in effect.
