Preparation method of greaseproof paper

The invention relates to a preparation method of greaseproof paper. The method comprises the steps of coating raw paper with a first layer of composite greaseproof paint in an alternate painting mode, drying the first layer of composite greaseproof paint through hot air, when the dryness of the first layer of composite greaseproof paint reaches 30-35%, coating the surface of the first layer of composite greaseproof paint with a second layer of composite greaseproof paint in a flat-painting mode, drying the second layer of composite greaseproof paint through hot air, and after the dryness of the second layer of composite greaseproof paint reaches 30-35%, preserving the temperature within the range from 50 DEG C to 55 DEG C for 30-40 minutes, so that the greaseproof paper is obtained. The greaseproof paper prepared through the preparation method has the advantages of being good in degradability and great in greaseproof capability.
