Результаты применения комбинированных оральных контрацептивов с дроспиреноном и финастерида у женщин с синдромом поликистозных яичников без метаболических нарушений

The authors surveyed 113 women with polycystic ovary syndrome without metabolic abnormalities: 58 of them received the drug finasteride (5 mg), 55 combined oral contraceptives with drospirenone (3 mg). The duration of therapy in both groups was 6 months. As a result of observation it was found that finasteride and combination oral contraceptives with drospirenone have a pronounced therapeutic effect. In assessing the reproductive function after treatment with finasteride 7 pregnancies occurred, the rebound effect, after the application of COCs with drospirenone 8 pregnancies.
