New Modular Integral Pilot Reactors for Information Retrieval on Fixed-Bed Catalytic Gas-Phase Reactions

The integral reactor is most critical for experimental reaction engineering. However, its design does not come up to current requirements. Based on a tested modular construction principle, new modules for multifunctional integral pilot reactors with a wide range of applications were developed. These modules allow to configure both signle and combination reactors for implementing varied methodical objectives. Two examples illustrate the advantages for the user.
