Power System Cleanliness Evaluation Based on Weighted Entropy and Fuzzy Theory

In order to speed up the construction of clean energy demonstration province in Zhejiang Province, this paper proposes a weighted entropy model for evaluating the cleanliness of power grids from the view of energy saving and cleanliness. The fuzzy mathematics and weighted entropy method are used to model each factor of interest, and five main evaluation indexes of energy saving and emission reduction are developed. The potential containment boundary is set up and the modularization of many kinds of external factors is solved reasonably. This paper provides a grid selection and comparison model based on the attribute of energy saving and emission reduction of regional power grid, which is used to evaluate and compare the cleanliness of a regional power grid.
