THE INFLUENCE OF THE ANISOTROPY TO THE FLUX CREEP OF GdBa2Cu3Oy EPITAXIAL FILM

I – V characteristics of epitaxial, c-axis-oriented GdBa2Cu3Oy film was measured between 70 K and 90 K. A magnetic field of 3 T was applied parallel to the basal plane (a – b plane), the angle between the field and one side of the substrate being 0° or 60°. We found that there were differences between the I – V characteristics for the 0° and 60° cases due to the anisotropy of the superconductivity in the a – b plane.
