Effect of show classroom training in ”the high quality nursing demonstration project”

Objective To explore the application of show classroom training in “the high quality nursing demonstration project”. Methods 8 demonstration wards were collected and divided into experimental group and the control group, the experimental group was treated with showing the classroom to carry on centralism training, the control group was trained by various branches head nurses. Results In experimental group, the foundation nurse service standard operation inspection results in 4 month was (90.41 ± 2.128) ; in 6 month(91.00 ±2.368) ; the foundation nursing quality testing qualified rate of Q3 2010 was 98% ,Q4 99% ;In control group respectively were(86.96 ±2.591) ,(86.25 ±4. 508), 88%, 89% ,there were significant difference (t = 9.927 ,9. 001; x2 =7.68,8.87;P <0.05);the patient degree of satisfaction in two groups has significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusions Applying show classroom training to “ the high quality nursing demonstration project” could improve the foundation nursing quality and the patient degree of satisfaction.
