Pituitary microadenoma MRI half dose dynamic analysis

Objective:Analysis of 25 cases of pituitary adenomas of MRI half dose dynamic scan imaging features and dynamic enhance signal strength-time of graph,summarizes the anterior pituitary adenomas imaging diagnosis.Methods:The clinical diagnosis by 25 cases of comprehensive diagnosis,flat and half and MRI(0.05 mmol/kg),and the use of dynamic scan function,draw the workstation post-processing enhanced dynamic signal strength-time curves.Results:Plain and pituitary signal abnormal 20 cases,the main T1WI is slightly lower,T2WI signal is slightly higher or lower signals,and the pituitary signals in 5 cases,25 cases of half doses(0.05 mmol/kg),and the dynamic scan early(25~35 s arteries in the case of low signal),8 cases,arterial medium-term(35~76 s) in the case of low signal in 16 cases(76-late arterial 120 s) in the 1 case of high signal.Conclusion:A dose of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) scan in half dose of dynamic anterior pituitary adenomas diagnosis rate of sensitivity,all are better than other examination,have a high clinical value.
