The invention belongs to the field of dyed wastewater treatment, and particularly relates to a new type co-immobilization white rot fungi gel particle. The new type co-immobilization white rot fungi gel particle makes use of ammonium sulfate and glutaraldehyde to make extracellular enzyme in crude enzyme aggregate and cross-link, so as to form cross-linked enzyme aggregates which are fastened with the free hypha of white rot fungi in a covariance manner, thereby preparing the new type co-immobilization white rot fungi gel particle. The extracellular enzyme of the white rot fungi of the new type co-immobilization white rot fungi gel particle exists in the form of the enzyme aggregates, the resistance of the new type co-immobilization white rot fungi gel particle to proteolytic enzyme is improved, so as to protect the cross-linked enzyme aggregates from not being decomposed by white rot fungi B in the gel particle and guarantee that the extracellular enzyme secreted by white rot fungi A maintains a certain enzyme activity for a long time, the starting time is shorter, the adaptability to the dyed wastewater environment is stronger, the new type co-immobilization white rot fungi gel particle can be used for a fluidized bed reactor for wastewater treatment directly and for treatment of all dyed wastewater.
