Automatic data distribution system and method thereof

The server stores a plurality of data blocks, in response to a data request received from the mobile communication device to, select the data block. The selected data block is sent back to the mobile communication device. The mobile communication apparatus according to the time condition specified by the user, sends a data request to the server. When downloading the selected data blocks from the server to download the data block is stored in a memory, and reproduced by a display and a speaker.
