Application of Bio Sensor in Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

The objective of this study is to evaluate the diagnosis of strain and pressure measurement in the median nerve passing through carpal tunnel. In this article, the carpal tunnel disorder is discussed with its symptoms. This paper reflects a review of biosensors with future aspects of wearable and implantable sensors. The paper drops light on different types of biosensors with their working principle. The article presents an idea for the diagnosis process of carpal tunnel disorder. A low-cost pressure transducer is proposed. Signal processor is used to process the data from the sensor and analyze the parameters.
