Treatment of Cancer of Maxilla

SUMMARY The aim of this presentation has been mainly three: 1 Full course of supervoltage radiation-therapy combined with palatal fenestration gives the best result in the treatment of the carcinoma of the maxillary antrum. 2 Modified wedge technique to be a satisfactory technique. 3 It needs a team of radiotherapist, surgeon and dentist along with their colleagues to fight this disease.
