Water filtering screw conveyor

A water filtering screw conveyor comprises a columnar barrel, a filter screen, a water collecting tray, a screw shaft, a separating bearing block, a multi-layered sealing ring, a water stopping ring, a rack and a screw shaft driving mechanism, wherein an opening is formed in the lower portion of the columnar barrel; the filter screen is fixed at a position of the opening of the barrel; the water collecting tray is positioned on an abdominal portion of the barrel; the screw shaft can rotate in an inner cavity of the barrel; the separating bearing block is positioned on the lower portion of the barrel; the multi-layered sealing ring is arranged on a barrel end plate on the lower portion of the barrel; the water stopping ring is arranged on an inner cavity of the water collecting tray; the rack supports a body; the filter screen comprises a screen plate and water filtering holes formed in the screen plate; reinforcing ribs are arranged on two sides of the filter screen; semicircular end plates are arranged at two ends of the filter screen, and are respectively connected with the reinforcing ribs at the position of the opening of the barrel and a ring through screws; the semicircular end plates and the barrel are integrated to form a whole body; the bearing block positioned on the lower portion of the barrel is separately connected with the barrel end plate; a water guiding groove is formed in a joint of the water collecting tray and a funnel; and the water stopping ring is arranged in the middles of the water guiding groove and the funnel. By the water filtering screw conveyor, mixed materials are dehydrated preliminarily; materials are continuously supplied for follow-up drying equipment; and the work efficiency and a drying effect of the drying equipment are improved.
