CPU and multi-CPU system management method

The invention provides a multi-CPU system. The multi-CPU system comprises at least two high speed interconnection protocol QPI regions, a first noe controller NC set and a second node controller NC set. According to the router configuration of the CPU, at least one CPU can access CPUs in other QPI regions through a first NC set. At least one CPU can access other CPUs in other QPI regions through a second NC set. According to the topology, hot pluggin of NC is realized with samll influences on the system.
