Fingerprint resisting water-base paint

The water based paint has the chemical composition in weight percentage of: water-based acrylic resin 60-80, silicon deoxide 2-10, PTFE 7-20, and polyviny wax 2.5-10. The fingerprint resisting paint contains no organic solvent and ammonia water and produces no environmental pollution during its compounding, storage, transportation and use. It may be applied on galvanized plate, hot plated plate, cold rolled plate and tinned plate through roller coating, sparying or other mode, and after curing of 20-60 seconds, pre-coated plate with excellent self-lubricating, anticorrosive, forming and fingerprint resisting preperties is produced.
