Application of Image Card in TV-tracking System

In order to obtain real-time tracking capability,a novel TV tracking system scheme based on Matrox Odyssey image card is put forward,the hardware and software are implemented.The system captures video by image card,uses the image processing functions provided by Matrox Odyssey Native Library(ONL)to program,it achieves real-time capturing and processing of the video signal.The system works well in use.
