COMPETENCIAS EMPRENDEDORAS EN LAS UNIVERSIDADES

Los retos y procesos de cambio que ha ido teniendo la sociedad actual, la universidad no deben quedarse pasivos y por lo tanto, debe participar de manera activa en el estudio de las problematicas que aquejan a la sociedad y su entorno. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo explicar algunos elementos teoricos sobre las competencias emprendedoras en las universidades, con puntos instrumentales, ideales para el aprendizaje y la formacion que permiten mantener una buena relacion social. Se concluye que el desarrollo de la competencia y el emprendimiento en las universidades implica un gran esfuerzo, si bien cada vez se incorporan mas materias dentro de los planes de estudio, el desarrollo de la investigacion cientifica sobre el tema sigue siendo bajo. Ademas muchas de las universidades incluso se encuentran en etapas iniciales como es la sensibilizacion sobre el tema de competencia y emprendimiento no solo hacia los estudiantes y profesores, sino a toda la comunidad universitaria, tratando de hacerles ver que estos temas definitivamente son opciones muy validas en el mundo actual. ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCES IN UNIVERSITIES ABSTRACT The challenges and processes of change that the current society has been facing, the university must not remain passive and therefore, it must participate actively in the study of the problems that afflict society and its environment. This work aims to explain some theoretical elements about entrepreneurial skills in universities, with instrumental points, ideal for learning and training that allow maintaining a good social relationship. It is concluded that the development of competition and entrepreneurship in universities implies a great effort, although every time more subjects are incorporated into the curricula, the development of scientific research on the subject is still low. In addition many of the universities are even in early stages such as raising awareness about the issue of competence and entrepreneurship not only towards students and teachers, but the entire university community, trying to make them see that these issues are definitely very valid options in the current world.
