The method includes: a three-phase resistor cabinet is directly connected with a power generator, the power generator is connected with a motor through a coupler, the motor drives a high-speed permanent magnet traction motor to operate under regulated rotation speed, the electric energy output by the high-speed permanent magnet traction motor is consumed by the motor of the three-phase resistor cabinet, the voltage and current of the high-speed permanent magnet traction motor during actual operation are acquired through adjustment performed by the resistor cabinet, and accordingly the temperature rise of the high-speed permanent magnet traction motor during actual operation is acquired. By the method, the high-speed permanent magnet traction motor can be prevented from being damaged during use due to excessively-high temperature.
