Совершенствование хирургической подготовки выпускников лечебного факультета

The article presents the experience of creating the groups with intensive study of surgery on the 6th course of the medical faculty KrasSMU. Were discussed the theoretical background for the introduction of analogue of sub-residency training at surgery, were described the forms and content of the educational process. Were analyzed the main problems of pedagogical process arised during the development of professional skills.
