On Quality Higher Education Under the New Perspective of Collaborative Innovation: A Case Study of Gansu Agricultural University

At present,higher education has been changed to mass education from elite education in China,and,in the meantime,problems have emerged,which affect the quality of talents cultivation.To transfer scale development to quality improvement is the only way-out to sustaining the quality of higher education.University should comprehensively raise its education programs to a higher level and quality through setting up new talent training schemes and creating new talent training culture and campus culture.
