The invention relates to an optimal control model-based typical load orderly power utilization method. According to the method, a mathematical model is built according to power load characteristics and a subsidy scheme, published by a bench transformer side, for time-of-use power price and reverse power generation; an optimized objective function and a feasible region are set; an optimal power scheduling strategy value, as shown in the specification, of each power load at each time period is obtained by determining an optimal control model to obtain a typical load orderly power utilization control scheme. On the basis of the optimal control theory, an optimal control model-based self-adjusting power utilization strategy is provided, so that the target of reducing the power utilization cost for a user is achieved, and meanwhile, the power supply requirements of a power grid are considered.
