The invention discloses an assistant mounting device for a bolt on an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve. The EGR valve is provided with a flange; the bolt is mounted on a bolt hole in the flange. The assistant mounting device comprises a supporting part which is fixed to the ground, and a limiting component which is provided with a limiting frame, wherein one end of the limiting frame is positioned on the supporting part; the limiting frame is positioned in an oblique upper direction of the supporting part; the flange is positioned in the limiting frame. According to the device, the EGR valve is positioned on the assistant mounting device and then the bolt is mounted, thus the torque stability is high, the mounting quality is high, and the mounting efficiency can be improved; meanwhile, the problem of safety caused by the falling off of the EGR valve in an assembling process can be avoided; in addition, the device is suitable for the EGR valves of various specifications, so that the device is high in generality.
