The farmers' economic status and living standards have greatly improved in recent years,but from the present situation,their political participation enthusiasm is not raised but declined,and the democracy in grass-roots level has experienced "no use".On the political participation of farmers,whether it is participation system,participation ability,or participation quality,all of these need to be improved.The countryside survey in B County shows that fair treatment is one of the important factors affecting the farmers on electoral politics.
