Параметры гемостаза как критерий функциональных резервов организма

The effect of stress simulation, modeled by a single physical exercise in the form of veloergometry (PWC170 test), on hemostatic parameters in 20 healthy young people (18-23 years) has been studied. Stress simulation causes hypercoagulative shifts and anticoagulant and fibrinolytic blood systems activation in all trial subjects. It is shown that hemostatic parameters changes can be adjusted with the administration of Eleutherococcus one of adaptogenic drugs. After the 30-days drug administration in the same subjects the hypercoagulative shifts of hemostatic system smoothed and the plasma anticoagulative reserves increased after physical exercises.
