Belgium industry turns to chp to cut emissions

The Belgium federal government has adopted a national programme for the reduction of CO 2 emissions based mainly on energy efficiency measures and the promotion of cogeneration. With this in mind two projects have been implemented by large industrial companies; one of which sees the first installation of the uprated LM6000 aeroderivative gas turbine.
