The invention provides a melt-bending preparation method for ultra-conductive carbon-black filled PVC/EPR foam conductive NTC material. The method takes ultra-conductive carbon-black (HG-1P) as conductive filler, PVC and EPR as polymer matrix, DOP as plasticizer, St as lubricant, AC as vesicant, Zn-St as foaming synergistic agent, DCP as cross-linking agent and Ca/Zn composite stabilizer as thermal stabilizer, adopts the melt-bending processing method to prepare PVC /EPR foam conductive NTC material and also studies foam structure and resistance-temperature characteristics of the composite material. The prepared conductive foam has ideal foam structure and strong NTC effect. The purpose is to improve the preparation process of the material and obtain the ultra-conductive carbon-black filled PVC/EPR foam conductive NTC material with stable NTC performance.
