The Documenter and the Documented Look at Change through Documentation.

This paper focuses on the question of documentation of the Science and Mathematics Support Teacher Program. A brief historical outline of the program serves to introduce the main sections of the paper where the documentation is described in its goals, activities, and results. This description is made from the points of view of a university researcher and a support teacher. The paper concludes with the importance of documenting both results and processes as well as non-intended outcomes and difficulties.
