Built-in type rotor magnetic pole structure for high-speed permanent magnet motor

2016
The invention discloses a built-in type rotor magnetic pole structure for a high-speed permanent magnet motor. The built-in type rotor magnetic pole structure comprises a rotor core adopting an uneven air gap structure, wherein the rotor core is formed by multiple rotor punching sheets that are provided with protruding outer edges and are stacked in sequence on the rotary shaft; multiple sections of permanent magnets in a circumferential direction and an accommodating space for dumbbell-shaped reinforced ribs made from non-magnetic alloy steel are punched on the upper surfaces of the rotor punching sheets; meanwhile, flux-insulating bridges and rivet holes are punched for inserting the multiple sections of permanent magnets in the circumferential direction into the rotor core; the dumbbell-shaped reinforced ribs made from non-magnetic alloy steel are inserted among the multiple sections of permanent magnets in each pole, and between the flux-insulating bridges of adjacent two magnetic poles; two-end baffles made from the non-magnetic materials cover along the rivet holes; and the overall structure is fixedly welded on a motor rotary shaft. The built-in type rotor magnetic pole structure for the high-speed permanent magnet motor provided by the invention is simple in process, reliable in mechanical performance, high in practicability, and can be widely applied to the high-speed permanent magnet motors; and in addition, the reliability and service life of the motor in high-speed operating are effectively improved, and the processing and manufacturing cost is lowered.
