The invention discloses a calibration parameter obtaining method and device of a fingerprint sensor and a mobile terminal. The method comprises that when a calibration parameter obtaining trigger event is obtained via detection, whether liquid exists in the surface of the fingerprint sensor is determined according to a preset determination method; and a corresponding preset calibration parameter value is determined according to a determination result, so that a fingerprint image is grabbed according to the preset calibration parameter value. The method of the invention can be used to solve the technical problem that a grabbed fingerprint image in the prior art is low in the calibration parameter accuracy due to the fact that the fingerprint image is grabbed in the same calibration parameter value no matter liquid exists in the surface of the fingerprint sensor or not, the accuracy of the calibration parameter of the fingerprint sensor is improved, and the grabbing accuracy of the fingerprint image is also improved.
