The ZrO2‐x (cubic)‐ZrO2‐x (cubic+tetragonal) Phase Boundary

The boundary between ZrO/sub 2-x/ (cubic) and ZrO/sub 2-x/ (cubic+tetragonal) was studied by mass spectroscopy at <1770/sup 0/K. The temperature dependence of the ion currents of ZrO/sup +/ and ZrO/sub 2//sup +/ over ZrO/sub 1/./sub 98/ and over ZrO/sub 1/./sub 96/ was found.
