Analyses of problems about improper citations and nonstandard marking references in sci-tech papers

The problems about improper citations and nonstandard marking references are analyzed in this paper based on the editorial practices of journal editing,and then corresponding suggestions are put forward so as to improve the marking quality of references in sci-tech journals.
